How do I make a purchase?

Purchasing from Levisons.co.za is easy. If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES and FOOTWARE links. You can also shop by browsing the BEST SELLERS, MEN’S and WOMEN’S section or directly by DESIGNER.

Once you have found an item, select your size and quantity and use the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can add products to your WISH LIST or use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Levisons account:

  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account

  • Gain access to your WISH LIST

  • Be notified when new stock arrives

  • Save your address details for faster shopping

  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

 

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN-IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

 

What payment methods does Levisons accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

At Levisons, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology and do note store your credit card information which is processed via Paygate, our secure checkout system. For your safety and protection, Paygate will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

 

Post office boxes and freight forwarding?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

 

How much will I have to pay in tax and duties?

By default, product prices are SA VAT inclusive. For orders outside South Africa, taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the Order Summary page.

 

How long will my shipment take?

We understand that your time is precious, so we offer a number of delivery options:

  • Place your order by 10am for next day delivery between 10am-6pm (seven days a week).

     

    Can I add items to an existing order?

    It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. Simply a new order which contains all the items you require.

     

    Where is my order?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Levisons is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

     

    Returns and exchanges

    If your purchase isn’t quite right you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We can collect your return for free from your home, work or alternative address.

    Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside South Africa are responsible for taxes and duties. We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

    IMPORTANT: Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

     

    How to exchange or return

    Simply follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.

    2. Click on the CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN button and choose the reason for return. Choose your replacement size if you are requesting an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

    3. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an email including your returns instructions.

    4. Print the form and attach to the original delivery packaging to be collected from the courier.

    5. Arrange the courier as instructed on the email.

    6. Remember you can also return items in store. See below.

     

    In store returns

    Take the new and unused items in their original packaging, with labels and invoice to any Levisons store for an exchange, refund or alteration.

    We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This ensures that your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

    Will I receive a full refund?

    Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as Levisons store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty.

    VAT is included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within South Africa. Outside South Africa, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

    Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
